Hey, I’m Owen.A principal engineer based in the UK, actively driving agentic engineering.

I lead AI-assisted engineering adoption, building the internal marketplace and playbook that gets teams working well with agents: reusable plugins, agent skills, MCP servers, prompts and workflow patterns. I stay hands-on across the stack, from React and Node through to .NET, AWS and Terraform, and I've used coding agents to modernise legacy platforms in weeks rather than years. I lead engineering modernization at Caesars Entertainment, and previously led multiple engineering teams at bp and Vodafone.
